I play the role of ‘Human Whisperer’ and ‘Truth Hunter’. By empathizing with both user needs and the business problem, I’m able to distill human centered research into creating innovative brand experiences that help businesses stay engaged with their customers in the ever changing digital landscape. I also work closely with creative teams to ensure that what is produced mirrors the project objective.

I think that one of the hardest things about building new technologies and products is predicting what will delight users. The last best experience a user has, sets the tone for future expectations. By predicting these expectations, we create better engagements and in the end foster brand love.
